Most practices ask you to fit into a system that is already set. The founding cohort is the opposite. The first twenty-five members join while the practice is still taking shape, and the way care is delivered is built in conversation with them.
It is a smaller commitment than it sounds and a larger one than it looks. Founding pricing closes at the twenty-fifth member. The voice you have in how the practice forms does not.

Founding members are surveyed quarterly through year one and consulted on cohort-shaping decisions: clinical add-ons, scheduling cadence, communications, and how the institution evolves.
Concierge Intake
Onboarding is sequenced to your calendar. Labs, intake, baseline visits, and the start of your written plan move at a pace that respects how you actually live.
Renewal Protection
Founding members retain founding pricing through their second year. Renewal terms beyond year two are written into your agreement at intake. There is no quiet price step on you.
